Sunday to Thursday reservations of 5 or more we require a valid credit card to secure a booking. Friday and Saturday reservations of 4 or more we require a valid credit card to secure a booking. We do not process a deposit however should you need to cancel your reservation or reduce the numbers in your party you must give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
Failure to do this will incur a cancellation free of $40 per person cancelled. Failure to attend a confirmed reservation will incur a cancellation fee of $40 per person. We will endeavour to contact you to confirm your reservation, however should we be unable to reach you Saigon Sally serves the right to cancel un-confirmed reservations as its discretion.
